Is it difficult to fit new locks to UPVC?

It can be as the security features of UPVC doors and windows are built in at the time of manufacture. There are products available that can be fitted to make UPVC doors and windows more secure, but finding the right one can be tricky, especially if the door or window frame is thin. Fixing to plastic is also tricky as it's not the strongest of materials. Sash jammers are a great product and easy to fit which offer more security.
